Call Center Sales Executive – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are expanding our sales team and seeking energetic, confident, target‑driven individuals to join us as Call Center Sales Executives at our head office in Malabe. In this role you will handle both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls, promoting Deep Tec’s products and solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and sales leads.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote Deep Tec products and solutions.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and keep follow‑up records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent Sinhala and English communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Previous call‑center, tele‑sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
