Call Center Executive

About the role

Salonworld, a leading cosmetics distributor in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic Call Center Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, promote salon services and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing inquiries about services, products, appointments, promotions and offers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote services/products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Manage customer complaints, objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate and confirm salon appointments, reducing cancellations and no‑shows.
• Promote salon packages, products and campaigns via telephone and social media inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, follow‑ups and sales information.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, appointments, sales and customer conversions.
• Collaborate with salon branches, front office and marketing teams to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, sales or telemarketing role (preferred).
• Fluent in Sinhala and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, objection handling and problem‑solving abilities.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven and confident in promoting services and products.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality and willingness to learn.
• Experience in the salon, beauty, cosmetics or retail industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy for maintaining customer records.

What we offer

• Base salary of Rs. 50,000 per month plus commission/incentives.
• Full‑time position located at Ward Place, Colombo 7.
