Call Center Executive – Customer Service & Sales Support

About the role

The Call Center Executive role at MVIVO Home Builders is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Colombo. The executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information on home building services, and ensure timely follow‑up on leads and client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer questions and providing service information.
• Log and update call details in the CRM or call‑center system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex queries when needed.
• Support sales activities by qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and upselling where appropriate.
• Adhere to call‑center procedures, meet performance targets, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including active listening.
• Experience working in contact centers or similar environments.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to qualify leads and support the sales process.
• Ability to work on‑site in Colombo full‑time and manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
