About the role
We are looking for a Call Center Executive to join our Banking Sector operations. In this role you will handle customer inquiries, provide professional support, and assist customers with banking‑related queries and services while communicating clearly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
- Assist customers with banking‑related queries and services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Follow company procedures and keep customer information confidential.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- G.C.E. O/L passed with a minimum “C” in Mathematics and English.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, or English (multilingual candidates are preferred).
- Strong customer‑service and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work on a roster basis.
What we offer
- Transport will be provided for night shifts after 9:00 PM for employees residing within a 20 km radius, subject to company guidelines.
