Business Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to drive enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. You will work closely with global stakeholders to translate complex business priorities into measurable outcomes and support the internal transformation services function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute transformation strategies and program plans.
• Design operating models and organisational structures aligned with business goals.
• Lead organisational change management activities and stakeholder communications.
• Apply technology‑enabled solutions to accelerate transformation.
• Facilitate design thinking and human‑centred design workshops.
• Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Prepare business cases, roadmaps and management reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting or internal consulting.
• Background in Big Four, global professional services, MNCs or complex matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
