Business Growth Manager

About the role

The Business Growth Manager will be based in Colombo and will drive revenue growth and market expansion for DeltaSpike Cybersecurity. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision‑makers, and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align service offerings with customer requirements.
• Report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent DeltaSpike at industry events and maintain high standards of client engagement.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B services.
• Strong client relationship and account management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop data‑driven growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
