Business Development Specialist – US Equities (Sri Lanka)

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will lead the expansion of MEXC’s US Equities offering in Sri Lanka. You will leverage your knowledge of financial trading and local networks to attract users, partners and trading communities to the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for US Equities in Sri Lanka.
• Identify, onboard and manage KOLs, trading communities, affiliates and strategic partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with local trading groups, influencers and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to launch regional campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve targets for user growth, trading volume and partner acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales, preferably within cryptocurrency exchanges, securities brokerages, Forex or CFD platforms.
• Established network of KOLs, trading communities or affiliates in Sri Lanka is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
