Business Development Operations Manager

About the role

This position offers a unique chance to shape a new business from the ground up, working directly with senior management in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will combine business development, corporate sales and operational oversight to drive growth and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and corporate sales initiatives.
• Identify, secure and nurture new clients and strategic partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close business opportunities.
• Oversee daily business operations and coordinate project deployments.
• Manage field staff and ensure operational excellence.
• Liaise with banking, payment and technology partners.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and support growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales or Operations.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in fintech, technology, retail, hospitality or FMCG is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
