Business Development Manager – UAE & GCC (Remote)

About the role

Green EDGE Technologies, a UAE‑based cybersecurity and IT solutions provider, is expanding across the GCC and seeks a Business Development Manager to generate new business remotely from India or Sri Lanka. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging senior IT decision‑makers, presenting the company’s portfolio and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Conduct discovery and solution presentation meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Build relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, CISOs and other senior decision‑makers.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn networking and customer engagement.
• Prepare proposals and commercial quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with presales consultants during demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Represent Green EDGE during quarterly UAE customer visits and industry events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of B2B technology or cybersecurity sales experience.
• Proven track record selling IT solutions, software, cloud or cybersecurity services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and able to work independently.
