Business Development Manager

About the role

ZILLIONe Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its market presence in enterprise software and IT solutions. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and driving revenue growth across digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for software, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer challenges and propose appropriate technology solutions.
• Develop and present compelling business proposals, solution presentations, and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft winning solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and represent ZILLIONe at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT industry.
• Proven track record selling enterprise software, ERP, cloud, AI, and digital transformation services.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
