Business Development Manager

About the role

Aramex is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive financial growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. You will act as a consultant to understand client objectives and align Aramex solutions to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads in collaboration with vertical and field marketing teams.
• Develop opportunities within assigned geographies using a value‑based approach.
• Manage and expand current business relationships to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyze customers' business goals and translate them into actionable opportunities for Aramex.
• Present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear business value.
• Build relationships with key contacts in target organizations.
• Partner with the solutions group to design innovative offerings.
• Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems throughout the sales cycle.
• Network with industry professionals to stay current on trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
