About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive sales growth in the Sri Lankan market. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with local distributors and channel partners, while identifying new market opportunities and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans for Sri Lanka, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage channel customers, nurture relationships with local distributors and other partners.
Conduct regular customer visits, deepen distributor partnerships, and deliver product training sessions.
Track and analyse sales data to spot opportunities and potential risks.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and devise appropriate response strategies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a related industry; experience in the CCTV sector is a plus.
Fluent in English and local languages (Sinhala and/or Tamil).
Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka for business purposes.
