Business Development Executive – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of our premium baby care product range. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit customers within the assigned territory to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape effective business strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions and sales progress.
• Track customer credit periods and outstanding balances.
• Identify suitable platforms and organise awareness sessions for potential customers.

Required profile

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
