About the role
HotJobs is seeking an energetic and target‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its corporate client base in Colombo. You will be responsible for generating new recruitment opportunities and building strong relationships with HR managers and decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and approach potential corporate clients.
- Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and secure recruitment vacancies.
- Connect with HR managers and key decision‑makers, arrange meetings and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and strong negotiation abilities.
- Energetic, persuasive, and target‑oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
