Business Development Executive

About the role

Join hSenid Mobile Solutions as a Business Development Executive and help bring Sprout, an AI‑driven sales agent, to market. You will work with decision‑makers across industries such as banking, education, eCommerce and real estate, showcasing how conversational AI can turn customer interactions into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads from inbound marketing campaigns and outbound outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn networking, direct engagement).
• Build and nurture client relationships using value‑based selling, demonstrating how Sprout addresses specific business challenges.
• Own the full customer journey from initial contact through solution deployment, including needs assessments and coordination with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success).
• Conduct online and in‑person product demonstrations to drive interest and adoption.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and marketing teams to inform future enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a global team.
