Business Development Executive – Digital & Creative Agency

About the role

Media Monkey is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its client portfolio and drive revenue for its digital and creative services. You will be the front‑line champion of the agency’s growth, turning leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and convert leads generated through the agency’s marketing activities.
• Generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Secure meetings with potential clients and key decision‑makers.
• Promote Media Monkey’s two core service verticals: Performance Marketing (lead generation, digital advertising, conversion‑focused campaigns) and Creative & Strategy‑Led Campaigns (brand concepts, content, strategic marketing solutions).
• Prepare, present and follow up on proposals.
• Convert opportunities into monthly retainers or project‑based contracts.
• Maintain a robust new‑business pipeline.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive and target‑driven.
• Comfortable selling ideas and marketing solutions.
• Experience in business development, advertising, digital marketing or sales is an advantage.
