About the role

Rare Carat is a fast‑growing, data‑driven marketplace focused on engagement rings. The Business Analyst will partner with senior leadership to turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

Work directly with COO and CEO on strategic decisions.
Deliver ad‑hoc focused and conclusive output on business use‑cases.
Define and track KPIs to monitor business health.
Instrument alerts for proactive actions and develop dashboards.
Lead initiatives across analytics, marketing, operations, and business development.

Required profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
Individual contributor who can work independently and is curious about web services and D2C start‑ups.
Immediately available to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce startup.
