Brand Strategist

About the role

Echelon Media is seeking a Brand Strategist to drive creative solutions for both client and internal projects while expanding the Echelon Brand Studio portfolio. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on project coordination across editorial, design, production, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative brand solutions for a variety of projects.
• Grow and maintain the Brand Studio sales funnel and portfolio.
• Manage multiple content projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture requirements and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, production, and sales teams to produce high‑quality content across platforms.
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and facilitate clear communication among all parties.
• Lead project scoping, establish efficient workflows, and oversee execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure thorough project close‑outs, documentation, and post‑delivery reviews.
• Support initiatives that raise the visibility and growth of the Brand Studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in brand strategy, client liaison, media, creative or digital agency environments.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of creative, branding, and content production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused mindset.
