Brand Manager – Milk & Agri

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Brand Manager – Milk & Agri to lead brand development initiatives, drive market growth, and manage a growing product portfolio within a competitive FMCG environment. The role involves executing effective marketing strategies, identifying innovation opportunities, and strengthening brand presence for a leading dairy and agricultural organization in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product portfolio, including new product development, launches, and innovation projects.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and trade channels.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
