Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategy, positioning, and growth of our paint product portfolio. The role involves shaping brand perception, driving demand, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Create clear brand positioning and messaging that differentiate our paint products.
• Conceptualize and lead marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product demand.
• Collaborate with corporate communication to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, events, and PR.
• Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to refine strategies and product development.
• Manage new product launches, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring successful market entry.
• Maintain brand identity consistency across all marketing materials.
• Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Production to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze campaign performance and brand KPIs, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7–10 years of proven brand management experience, preferably in paint or related categories.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong influence across functions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
