About the role

Enfection is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead client servicing for key accounts in its Kotte office. You will shape innovative digital marketing strategies, nurture client relationships, and guide a team of professionals toward measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to design customized marketing strategies and oversee their execution across digital channels.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, coordinating project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead ideation sessions with creative teams to develop cutting‑edge campaigns that reflect industry trends.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities and maximise ROI.
• Drive profitability through business development initiatives for existing and new clients.
• Maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular KPI reporting.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing‑related role, preferably in client success or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
