Brand Manager – Beauty (Luxury Makeup & Skincare)

About the role

Exclusive Lines (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka’s leading importer and retailer of premium beauty products, is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager – Beauty to drive growth and performance of its luxury makeup and skincare portfolio. This role blends creativity with commercial insight to shape the future of beauty retail in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized, insight‑driven brand strategies to boost awareness, desirability and sales.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Track brand KPIs, analyse sales and marketing data, and present actionable reports to senior management and global brand principals.
• Oversee flawless execution of in‑store activations, promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to align forecasts, manage inbound shipments and stock registration.
• Ensure timely NMRA regulatory compliance for all assigned beauty brands.
• Partner with global brand teams and internal marketing to roll out 360° campaigns across digital, retail and media touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with international brand partners, local teams and key clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brand or marketing management experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare or FMCG.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into compelling brand strategies and successful retail campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving brand growth and profitability.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills, comfortable managing cross‑functional projects.
