Brand Management Executive (Remote, Sri Lanka)

About the role

The founder of a healthcare marketing company needs a personal brand that matches his expertise, podcast history and speaking record. You will own the end‑to‑end brand building process, from strategy and scripting to daily publishing and converting the audience into podcast and speaking opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define the founder’s positioning, content pillars and voice, and protect those decisions.
• Write every script, hook and long‑form post to ensure the founder never faces a blank camera.
• Run remote recording sessions, direct the founder, manage his energy and capture usable takes.
• Brief the video editor, review each cut and keep content on schedule.
• Publish daily on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, tailoring each post to its platform.
• Rebuild the founder’s website to streamline podcast and event booking requests.
• Pitch podcasts and event programmes directly and track the pipeline to confirmed bookings.
• Review performance data weekly and quickly stop ineffective tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a real account (own, creator or founder) with measurable results.
• Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, long‑form posts and cold pitches.
• Working knowledge of filming and editing, even if a freelancer handles final polish.
• Fluency across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with platform‑specific insight.
• Ability to read analytics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Confident, effective use of AI tools for content production.
• Comfort directing a senior professional and providing honest feedback.
• Self‑management to meet daily deadlines without supervision.
