Brand Executive – Activations & Events

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Executive to support the implementation of brand and marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions, with a focus on activations and events. The role involves planning and executing event marketing operations to boost brand visibility and engage customers across Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing brand and marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions and communication activities.
• Plan and execute event and activation marketing operations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and third‑party agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
• Track and analyse event performance to evaluate ROI and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales and key stakeholders to drive promotional activities and sales during events.
• Support social media campaigns related to events before, during and after the activation.
• Assist in managing sponsorships and partnerships to support strategic brand collaborations.
• Undertake any other projects or tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• Passionate about Sri Lanka and committed to making a positive impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Professional marketing qualification (CIM/SLIM/APIDM) is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong IT literacy, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Independent self‑starter, ambitious, organized and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for activations and work extra hours or holidays when required.
