Branch Manager – Logistics

About the role

The Branch Manager – Logistics will lead the day‑to‑day performance of multiple DEX branches within an assigned region. You will work closely with Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and the achievement of regional KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall operational performance of assigned branches and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide and support Branch Supervisors to maintain efficient branch workflows.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the region.
• Participate in operational review meetings and communicate branch results to senior management.
• Ensure management decisions and initiatives are cascaded and executed at the branch level.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends, recurring issues, and productivity gaps, then implement corrective actions.
• Enforce consistent application of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance standards across all locations.
• Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment in partnership with HR and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last‑mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple branches or operational sites.
• Experience leading field teams, delivery riders, or large operational groups.
• Strong understanding of last‑mile delivery operations and related KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational reporting and analysis.
