Branch Executive (Kaluthara)

About the role

PickMe, Sri Lanka's leading mobility tech company, is expanding its presence in Kaluthara. As a Branch Executive you will drive sales, manage operations and build strong relationships with drivers and partners to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales and demand‑generation strategies for the branch.
• Optimise supply‑chain operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver training to enhance team capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers, partners and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Residing in or around the Kaluthara District is an advantage.
