Branch Executive – Batticaloa

About the role

PickMe, Sri Lanka’s leading digital mobility company, is seeking a Branch Executive for its Batticaloa operations. The role will drive growth, optimise supply‑chain performance and strengthen relationships with drivers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales and demand‑generation strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Optimise supply‑chain operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and deliver training to enhance capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers, partners and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track‑record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Residence in or around the Batticaloa District is an advantage.
