About the role
CiviLanka Consultancy Private Limited is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller/Draughtsman to support its multidisciplinary engineering and architectural projects. The role involves creating accurate BIM models and detailed construction drawings for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Develop and update BIM models using Revit and related platforms.
- Produce construction, shop, section, detail, schedule and coordination drawings.
- Convert design concepts, sketches and mark‑ups into clear technical drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers and project teams.
Required profile
- Strong AutoCAD drafting skills.
- Experience with Revit/BIM modelling.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing and drawing coordination.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
