Billing & AR Associate

About the role

The Billing & AR Associate will handle customer billing queries and support a positive customer experience within Superloop’s Finance unit. You will work closely with other teams to ensure accurate billing, payment processing and account maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about billing statements, charges and payment details, clarifying procedures and resolving discrepancies.
• Process customer payments via credit cards, direct debits or other methods, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
• Maintain and update customer account information, including billing addresses, contact details and payment methods.
• Communicate billing-related information such as upcoming payments or policy changes to customers.
• Document billing transactions, interactions and issue resolutions for internal reporting.
• Ensure billing processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address concerns and improve billing processes.

Required profile

• School leaver with A/L background in Commerce or Accounting, or partially qualified in AAT/CIMA/ACCA/CPA (Foundation Level).
• Six months of internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
