BESS Sales Manager / Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic BESS Sales Manager/Director to lead our international market expansion. You will shape strategy, build the brand, and drive sales performance across global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategy and segmentation for overseas BESS markets.
• Establish and promote the global BESS brand, planning and executing brand activities.
• Set overseas sales targets, lead the team to achieve them, and monitor progress.
• Develop and manage distributor, agent, and partner networks to optimise channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on international positioning and adjust product strategy based on market feedback.
• Maintain key customer relationships and ensure high‑level service and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, international trade, business management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas marketing experience, including at least 2 years in senior marketing management within the BESS, new energy or power equipment sectors.
• Strong international market analysis capability and deep understanding of global BESS trends.
• Proven record of successful overseas market development and sales performance.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
