Audit Trainee & Accountant Positions – Join Our Growing Team

About the role

We are expanding our professional family and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill several entry‑level and junior positions in audit, accounting, and finance. Roles include Audit Trainee, Accountant, Account Executive, Assistant Accountant, Management Trainee, and Audit Supervisor across our offices in Kottawa, Makola, Gampaha, Homagama, Bandaragama, and Piliyandala.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior auditors in planning, executing, and reporting audit engagements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support client accounting functions, including bookkeeping and tax compliance.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently reading for CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or holding an Accounting & Finance degree.
• For accountant roles, a degree in Accounting/Finance with partial or full CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• For management trainee, G.C.E. A/L in Commerce and pursuing a related degree.
• Audit Supervisor candidates need at least 2 years audit experience and partial/full qualification.
