Associate Tech Lead, DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Digitalisation Centre of Excellence within DSM at LSEG. The role focuses on building, operating, and continuously improving the platforms, pipelines, and operational foundations that support data, analytics, machine learning, and AI systems in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines for data, ML, and AI services.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK.
• Own environment management across development, test and production and ensure observability through logging, metrics and alerting.
• Deploy, operate and optimise containerised workloads on AWS EKS, including scaling and troubleshooting.
• Enable MLOps by working with ML and AI engineers to package, version and monitor models in production.
• Embed security and compliance controls such as SAST, container scanning and policy‑as‑code into pipelines.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools, especially Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking and AWS cloud environments.
