Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will support the Head of IT in planning, coordinating and delivering multiple projects across the Browns Group. This junior‑level position offers the opportunity to work on diverse initiatives within a historic, multi‑sector conglomerate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing several projects simultaneously.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, ensure milestones are met and track deliverables.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk registers and change requests.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare status reports and performance metrics in line with organisational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
