Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition will support the growth of our location by leading end‑to‑end recruitment activities, primarily for technology positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questionnaires that reflect each role’s specific needs.
• Screen CVs, portfolios and references to build shortlists of the most suitable candidates.
• Organise and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pipeline.
• Maintain comprehensive recruitment records, including interview notes and related documentation, and share them with stakeholders.
• Drive location growth by delivering timely tech recruitment across multiple segments and accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand role requirements.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and recruitment events.
• Attention to detail in maintaining recruitment documentation.
