Associate Manager – Marketing

About the role

In this role you will help position HCLTech’s nearshore capabilities, support talent marketing, and drive business and go‑to‑market objectives. You will work closely with the global marketing organization, recruitment teams, HR, lines of business, sales stakeholders, nearshore country leaders and external partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns, content and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support global nearshore marketing through content, campaigns and assets that showcase HCLTech’s capabilities, scale and talent across delivery locations.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns across Sri Lanka and APAC, aligning global priorities with market needs and business objectives.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, presentations and other content that strengthen HCLTech’s employer brand and nearshore positioning.
• Partner with marketing, digital and web teams to manage and enhance career websites, LinkedIn pages and related platforms.
• Lead employee storytelling, video testimonials, engagement initiatives and recognition programs to strengthen employer brand credibility.
• Create location‑specific campaign plans, including audience, messaging, channels, budgets, timelines and success metrics.
• Produce high‑quality content and marketing collateral across digital, social and offline channels, aligned with HCLTech brand guidelines.
• Integrate CSR and DE&I themes into employer branding and nearshore communications, monitor performance and provide insights.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in a technology company and international environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent copywriting and content creation.
• Project management experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and dependencies in a matrixed organization.
