Associate Manager – Accounts Receivable (O2C)

About the role

This position leads the credit function, customer collections and accounts receivable management for a manufacturing facility. The role aims to minimise credit risk while optimising cash flow and supports the Credit Control Manager in achieving collection targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end O2C process, including credit assessment, invoicing and collections.
• Maintain strict SAP governance and ensure data integrity within the O2C module.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as DSO and BPDSO.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and improve cash conversion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in O2C/Accounts Receivable, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part‑qualified CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Resilience to work in a complex stakeholder environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (MS Office).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP O2C module.
