Associate Consultant – Active Directory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant to design, implement, and manage complex Active Directory environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure best‑practice governance across identity and access solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust Active Directory infrastructure.
• Lead domain migrations using tools such as Systools or Quest.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize AD auditing tools for automation and compliance.
• Configure Microsoft Failover Clusters and manage group policy deployment.
• Harden domain controllers, troubleshoot replication, manage certificates, and apply patches.
• Provide 24x7 support and collaborate on security designs for Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
• Mentor junior team members and deliver training programs.

Required profile

• 9‑11 years of hands‑on experience with Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of AD architecture, design principles, and security/compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
