Associate Business Analyst

About the role

At Codimite we are leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools such as Google Gemini Pro, ADK and n8n to modernise software development. As an Associate Business Analyst you will bridge client needs with technical teams, helping deliver innovative solutions for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional and non‑functional business requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Create and maintain documentation, specifications and user stories.
• Use data‑visualisation tools to identify trends and support insights.
• Assist in managing tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Support stakeholder communication and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile processes and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to analyse data and provide business insights.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
