Associate - Billing & Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Associate – Billing & AR will address customer billing concerns and help deliver a positive customer experience within Superloop's Finance unit.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries, explain statements, resolve discrepancies and clarify charges.
• Process customer payments accurately, including credit cards, direct debits and other methods.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account information such as billing addresses, contact details and payment methods.
• Communicate billing‑related updates, upcoming payments and policy changes to customers.
• Document billing transactions, customer interactions and issue resolutions for internal reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• School leaver with A/L background in Commerce or Accounting, or partially qualified in AAT/CIMA/ACCA/CPA (Foundation Level).
• Six months of internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workload, meet tight deadlines and pay strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
