Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate Channel

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate Channel will lead sales efforts for corporate clients across banking, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, media and IT sectors. Based in Colombo, this full‑time position focuses on growing the customer base, delivering tailored power solutions and ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals for corporate clients.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and maintain relationships with key accounts in banking, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, media and IT.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions, timely delivery and high‑quality service.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, contribute to forecasts and support marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong corporate sales and account management experience, preferably B2B or solution selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to understand and promote power solutions such as UPS systems, inverters, stabilizers, isolation transformers and batteries.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Colombo with client visits and occasional travel.
