Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

A leading natural products manufacturer is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support and drive its digital and performance marketing initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position will help grow the brand, generate leads and expand into international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and performance marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage paid advertising initiatives and optimise them for maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition and brand growth projects.
• Assist in shaping marketing strategies for international markets.
• Track trends, audience behaviour and campaign data to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in performance and digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Knowledge of paid advertising, campaign optimisation, analytics and performance tracking.
• International marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
