Assistant Manager - Recruitment

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as an Assistant Manager – Recruitment and help shape the future workforce of our hotels. You will drive the annual recruitment strategy, ensuring the brand attracts and retains top talent while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel recruitment strategies, overseeing job postings, advertising, external events, and agency partnerships to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Lead hiring processes, including referral programs and sponsorships, ensuring efficient and compliant recruitment.
• Analyze turnover trends, conduct exit interviews and use data insights to refine talent acquisition strategies and improve retention.
• Supervise, coach and mentor the recruitment team, conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruitment with hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning and career development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, selection techniques and onboarding best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• High ethical standards, discretion and a collaborative approach to team and organizational development.
