Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC). This role focuses on building the BCC brand, generating digital leads, and driving student recruitment for full‑time and part‑time diploma programmes. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to meet enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual marketing plan, intake campaigns, and digital lead‑generation initiatives to achieve enrollment goals.
• Serve as the primary custodian of the BCC brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels and agency outputs.
• Lead recruitment and partnership activities such as Open Days, school outreach, webinars, and corporate collaborations to create sustainable student pipelines.
• Monitor marketing performance, conduct market and competitor analysis, and manage budgets and external agencies to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, services or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital lead generation and external agencies.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities; experience with event‑based or recruitment‑focused marketing is a plus.
