About the role

Assistant Manager – Forensics and Integrity Services joins EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services team, helping organisations protect their financial and corporate reputation through investigations, dispute resolution, fraud risk management and regulatory compliance. The role offers exposure to diverse projects across multiple industries and supports clients in addressing complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage investigations, fraud risk assessments and compliance‑related engagements.
• Plan engagement activities, supervise team members and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in client meetings, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare work papers, presentations and client‑ready reports.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation and practice development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of relevant experience in Forensics, Audit, Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, Compliance, Investigations or related professional services.
• Qualified or finalist in a recognized professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or equivalent.
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent report‑writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
