Assistant Manager – Financial Services (Accounts Payable)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to lead Accounts Payable (AP) and Finance Operations within a dynamic business environment. The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on SAP experience and extensive exposure to high‑volume invoice and payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounts Payable and Finance Operations functions.
• Manage end‑to‑end AP activities, including high‑volume invoice processing and payment execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and related transactions.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies across finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, tax requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with significant exposure to Accounts Payable operations.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume invoice processing and payment operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP systems (mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 10–15 members or more.
• Fully qualified CA, ACCA or CIMA professional.
