About the role

The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive growth for a leading automotive and industrial group. This position blends creativity with data‑driven analysis to manage online channels, content and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email and website platforms.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital assets.
• Monitor analytics, generate performance reports and refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with digital trends and propose innovative tactics.
• Support overall brand visibility and lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
