Assistant Manager - Data Analytics & AI Transformation

About the role

The Assistant Manager will drive the development and implementation of data analytics and AI solutions that enhance business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. Working closely with both business and technology teams, the role will identify opportunities, deliver analytics and AI use cases, and translate data‑driven insights into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize analytics opportunities across distribution, operations, underwriting, claims, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Build analytical models to improve sales performance, productivity, customer insights, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality, availability, and accessibility.
• Support the execution of the organization’s AI transformation roadmap, including Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement and deploy AI solutions while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years in a senior executive capacity with a total of 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
