Assistant Manager – Business Development (IT Staff Augmentation)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive business development for our IT staff augmentation services. You will be responsible for expanding our B2B client base, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the IT/software development sector.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms to generate leads and build pipelines.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, sales or account management within IT recruitment, staffing or talent solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new B2B clients, preferably in the IT/software development industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand and translate client needs into staffing solutions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
