Assistant Manager – Business Development (IT Recruitment & Staffing)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive business development for our IT recruitment and staffing services. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored talent solutions to technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the IT/software development sector.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management.
• Research market trends and understand client hiring needs to propose appropriate staffing solutions.
• Utilise LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms to generate leads and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and achieve sales targets independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in IT recruitment, staffing or HR services.
• Proven track record of acquiring B2B clients in the technology industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate client requirements into staffing proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.
