Assistant Director – Account Excellence

About the role

EY is seeking an Assistant Director – Account Excellence to lead strategic account growth and serve as a central point of contact for global teams. The role focuses on revenue growth, relationship management, and driving innovative go‑to‑market approaches across one or more key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively suggest and execute action plans to accelerate account growth strategies in partnership with global account leadership.
• Co‑facilitate semi‑annual account planning and quarterly acceleration sessions to align strategies and actions.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance client experience, relationship‑building, and client engagement activity.
• Drive activation of curated solutions and managed services within the account by working with subject‑matter resources.
• Project manage select key deal pursuits and assist with proposal responses.

Required profile

• 10–17 years of experience in a professional services firm, preferably with sales enablement exposure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in internal or external consulting within a global matrixed organization.
• Proven success leading complex projects with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience with Microsoft BI and sales/account management tools such as LENS, BASE, ART, Dynamics, Mercury, or E4A.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting tools and analysis.
• Familiarity with project management and procurement portals.
